WAS transgender teacher Estee done in by his cousin-in-law?

Armando Wilson, barangay captain of Dumagas, Boliney town in Abra, is being pinpointed by the four primary suspects as the mastermind in the killing of Rudy Steward Dugmam Sayen, 38, last September 28.

Romel “Ambong” Paa, Sonny Boy Gandeza Tullas, Aldrin Alagao, and Abelardo Talape reportedly said that it was Wilson who contracted them to kill Sayen, a teacher at the Suyo Elementary School in Pidigan town.

Even the police said that the fact that one of the four suspects was a go-between shows that it was a contract killing.

Sayen was aboard her motorcycle at about 7:00 a.m. on September 28 when she was bumped by the motorcycle driven by Tullas and shot at point-blank range by Paa. She was hit in the lower back and below the left ear. She didn’t make it to the hospital alive.

Tullas and Paa were later arrested on the 28th with the help of witnesses and CCTV in the area. Three days later, Alagao, who was the lookout, and Talape, said to be the middleman, were also arrested.

According to the suspects, Wilson paid them P100,000 for the killing. Wilson’s wife is said to be the cousin of Sayen.

The police have already filed murder cases against the four initial suspects. Wilson remains at large.

Sayen or Teacher Estee is a popular teacher and transgender in Bangued.
